Terms of Service

Last Updated: February 17, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By activating Raypher's silicon-binding protocol or using the Cyberpunk Command Center, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms govern the hardware-enforced protection of your AI Agents and automated workflows.

2. Description of Service

Raypher provides an AI Agent Security platform that utilizes TPM/TEE hardware to enforce execution integrity, prevent data exfiltration, and provide kernel-level monitoring of autonomous systems.

3. Hardware Binding & Responsibility

Raypher's security model is based on **Silicon-Bound Identity**. You acknowledge that:

  • Security is tied to specific hardware. Replacing hardware requires a new enrollment.
  • You are responsible for the actions of any AI agent you authorize through Raypher.
  • The **Panic Protocol** (Ctrl+Alt+P) is a destructive action that may terminate critical processes to prevent a breach.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Raypher to:

  • Bypass legitimate security controls of third-party AI providers (API providers).
  • Develop or deploy agents intended for malicious disruption or illegal activity.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer Raypher's kernel-level interception drivers.

5. Limitation of Liability

Raypher is a defense-in-depth tool. While we provide robust hardware-level enforcement, we are not liable for autonomous agent decisions that result in financial loss, data corruption, or third-party service violations when those actions fall outside the scope of your configured policies.

6. Intellectual Property

The "Cyberpunk Command Center" UI, the silicon-binding algorithms, and the eBPF kernel guards are the exclusive property of Raypher Labs.
